Our primary business involves the renovation, adaptive re-use, and re-sale of distinctive residential and commercial buildings. We are also interested in creative infill development and unusual condo conversions. Additionally, we act as brokers and consultants. Since beginning in 2003, our work has involved single-family homes, hi-rise condos, commercial lofts, a church, and a converted barn. We mainly work in the urban cores of metropolitan Phoenix.
