Executive Towers

A recent Kismet project involved the transformation of six luxury condos into urban lofts at Executive Towers, midtown Phoenix. This 1964 hi-rise tower was designed by architectural icon Alfred Newman Beadle, and features classic mid-century design. Kismet took advantage of the existing structural elements, such as the 9-inch thick concrete floors & ceilings, massive concrete columns, and deep balconies with awesome phoenix skyline views through 9-foot glass doors. Our minimalist approach focused on exposing these wonderful elements, limiting partitioning as much as possible, and utilizing urban loft finishes - stainless steel countertops, scored concrete floors, exposed AC ducts, cable strung halogen lighting, contemporary bath fixtures, and glass mosaic tile. Two of our loft conversions were featured in the Arizona Republic and Newhomes Lifestyles Magazine.
